Tax Questionnaire

Pension Contributions: If you have made contributions to a personal pension scheme and have NOT received full tax relief at source, please include details here. Employer contributions made by your limited company should NOT be included.
Marriage Allowance: If your husband, wife, or civil partner has income below the personal allowance threshold, your household may be able to benefit from this allowance. You MUST apply for this allowance before making a claim on your tax return.
Charitable Donation (Gift Aid): If you have made payments to charity and claimed gift aid relief, please include details here.

Child Benefit: You may have to repay some or all of the child benefit you have received if you or your partner have income over £60,000. This must be declared on the higher earner's tax return, please only select yes if you are the higher earner and need to declare this on your tax return.
Student Loan: You can check the amount owed and the scheme you are using by logging into your student loan account.
Scottish Rate Tax Payer: If you live in Scotland or moved to Scotland during the tax year and lived there longer than the time you were in the UK, then you will be a Scottish Taxpayer
Non-UK Tax Resident: If you have moved to the UK / left the UK within the tax year then this could impact the way you pay tax. Please complete our residency questionnaire or contact your accountant if you are unsure.
