3 Months Free Accountancy Fees Promotion

1. Promotion Overview:

This promotion ("Promotion") entitles eligible small startup businesses to receive three (3) months of free accountancy services ("Free Period"). After the Free Period, professional plus monthly fees will apply unless the services are terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions or an amendment to the services required are discussed in advance.

The Promotion is available from 1st September 2024 to 31st March 2025.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

  1. This Promotion is open to new small startup businesses only, within 30 days of their incorporation or notifying HMRC that they are newly self-employed.
  2. To qualify, the business must not be a Personal Service Company (PSC).
  3. The business must meet all our standard onboarding criteria.

3. Promotion Period:

  1. The Promotion applies from the date of sign-up and continues for three (3) consecutive months.
  2. The Free Period begins on the first day that services commence.

4. Termination of Services:

  1. To avoid incurring standard monthly fees after the Free Period, businesses must provide thirty (30) days written notice of termination before the end of the Free Period.
  2. Notice of termination must be sent to [email protected] and must be received by us at least thirty (30) days before the Free Period ends.
  3. If notice is not provided as specified, the accountancy services will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at our standard professional plus package rates, which will be payable by the business.

5. Standard Fees:

  1. Following the Free Period, if no termination notice has been received, monthly accountancy fees will be charged as per our professional plus fee schedule, available upon request or as specified in your service agreement.
  2. Fees will be payable within 28 days of the invoice date by way of direct debit.

6. Modification and Termination of Promotion:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. However, any businesses already participating in the Promotion will continue to receive the benefits as outlined during their Free Period.

7. General Terms:

  1. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  2. This Promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  3. Our standard terms and conditions of service, as outlined in the service agreement, apply to all services provided during the Free Period and thereafter.

8. Governing Law:

This Promotion and any related disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

This Promotion is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18.
